Duties in this post included data input, telephone work and general administration. I helped set up a staff rota on computer using IT skills. This job demanded and further developed strong communication, team working and organisational skills.
June 1998- September 98 National Trust Conservation Volunteer
Worked as a volunteer on the island of Coll. This involved basic crofting, painting of National Trust property, maintenance of the surrounding land. This experience developed strong team working skills, stamina and an ability to work in often adverse conditions
June 97- September 97 Commercial Life Computer Data Administration Assistant
Input customer data on to the companies new system. This demanded accuracy and flexibility as system had many teething problems
June 96- September 96 Safebury Retail Shop Assistant
Stacked shelves, checked stock and worked at the till with customers. This post helped me develop good customer relation skills
